IN Groupe acquires Gleitsmann Security Inks

IN Groupe has announced that it has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of Gleitsmann Security Inks GmbH (GSI) from Hubergroup Deutschland GmbH for an undisclosed consideration in cash.
